What areas do you cover?

Maintenance plans are available throughout Sarasota County — Venice, Sarasota, North Port, Englewood, Lakewood Ranch, Palmer Ranch, Siesta Key, and Venice Island.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There's no long-term contract. Cancel from your account portal and you'll keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

What's included in a visit?

Each visit starts with a quick walk-through to spot issues (loose hinges, failing caulk, lifted weatherstripping, etc.). The Plus and Premier plans include included repair time per visit — anything beyond that is billed at your member discount rate.

How is scheduling handled?

We reach out at the start of each scheduling window to lock in a date that works for you. Members get priority over non-member jobs.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan later?

Yes — change plans anytime from the account portal. Changes prorate automatically.

Do you do emergency work?

Premier members get a 24-hour emergency response window for member calls. For non-emergencies on any plan, we typically schedule within the same week.
