Most calls are one of these three: a single torn panel, a worn-out screen door, or a full cage that's just past its useful life.
The most common call. A branch dropped, a kid kicked a ball, a raccoon tore through — one panel torn out of an otherwise intact cage. We pop the old spline, stretch fresh screen, roll new spline, and trim. Most panels done in 20–40 minutes.
When the screen is brittle, sagging, or has so many patches it's not worth fixing panel by panel, we re-screen the whole cage. Florida Glass on the lower 30" for privacy, no-see-um if you're near water, and super-screen on the doors that get the most abuse.
Lanai swing doors and sliding screen doors take the most beating. We re-screen the panel, replace bent rollers, swap pneumatic closers, and re-align frames that have racked over time. New door if the frame is bent past saving.
